Wow. Several greatnesses today.
First, my brother
mikethecelloist has returned! After two years away, he's back!
Second, an Avatar sequel has officially been announced. "The Legend of Korra" is set to premiere sometime next year. Indications are that it will have much the same creative team, art style, and continuity as the Gaang's show.
Also, it appears EA is making a Spore-based online RPG. I know little about it so far, but the trailer's pretty neat.

Date: 2010-07-22 12:15 am (UTC)I will look forward to the new Avatar series, but I would rather see a continuation of the Gaang, and adventures they have searching to Zuko's mother and helping to rebuild the kingdoms the Fire Nation destroyed!

You're far from alone on that preference. Personally, I'll be pleased if we get decent appearances from Toph and/or Sokka. Especially if they're Grand Lotuses.
