kd7sov...Huh, looks like they redesigned the banner for the Olympics. Anybody know if they've done that the last few?
Anyway.
So the Percy Jackson movie came out today.
But I don't necessarily care about that. Accompanying the movie, however, is a new trailer for The Last Airbender. It is, shall we say, somewhat awesome. Among other things, this one actually has character voices. Katara sounds disturbingly like Sandra Bullock in Prince of Egypt, but I'm willing to live with that. I'm still annoyed that only the Fire Nation appears to have kept the color-coded clothes, and that I cannot see Zuko's scar at all unless I stare for several seconds at a freeze-frame, but odds are I'll see it - if not opening day - and probably enjoy it.
I still expect to be upset at the casting for Toph, though. I doubt there's anyone I'd be satisfied with for the role. Course, I thought that about Luna before the fifth Potter movie, and I was wrong then.
