You know, I really have to wonder at those people who claim that allowing public prayer (which, as I see it, comes under the "free exercise thereof" clause of the First Amendment) is tantamount to declaring a theocracy.

I also have to wonder at the people who think a theocracy is Necessarily A Bad Thing. I am not necessarily in favor of having one right here-and-now, but that doesn't mean I'd object to the concept.
