The guess-the-music meme!

kd7sovBecause I haven't done it in a while, and I have more people to guess this time, and there's a nontrivial probability at least one of the relevant songs won't be from a musical.
I give you the first line - or, at least, an early line, or a few lines that make a complete thought - and you try to guess what song it is. Simple, no? I choose to excise first lines that are, in fact, spoken rather than sung.
1) I must go! They'll wonder where I am!
2) Mais amis, je suis enchanté!
3) There is a castle on a cloud. I like to go there in my sleep.
4) And now I'm all alone again, nowhere to turn, no one to go to.
5) Cosette, it's turned so cold...
(What's up here, shuffle function?)
6) I remember days full of restlessness and fury!
7) I heard someone crying; who, though, could it be?
8) I'm as mild and as meek as a mouse.
9) Joy we bring and merrily sing we tidings of the glorious day!
(I suspect no one will get this one, but it's not a reasonable exemption.)
10) Strangely quiet, but now the storm simply rests to strike again.
11) I know I have no right, but sometimes late at night I watch you in the attic,
12) You're in my arms, and all the world is gone.
13) Once in my life, there came to me one little girl with the sun and the sea in her eyes;
14) How do I go on? Just an empty room... All I have are memories!\
