I've got a little list!
Originally, there was just Sylar. I will call this one Classic!Sylar.
Gabriel, seen mostly in flashbacks; not technically a Sylar, but he seems to go on the list.
Gabelar, as seen in "The Hard Part" and "Villains"; an intermediate stage.
S3lar, who appears to be minus most of his abilities.
Pinelar, who shares some traits with Gabelar, but with unexplained empathy.
Revivelar, inexplicably escaped from the burning Primatech building, with substantial identity issues.
Nalar, as seen in early Season 4; Sylar-who-thinks-he's-Nathan.
Sylucination, as seen in early Season 4; Sylar's mind in Matt's head.
Nolar, amnesiac Nalar.
Nular, Nolar after the Revivelar presentation.
Symatt, Sylucination after Matt apparently decided alcoholism was better than having Sylucination hanging around.
Any disagreements? Better names to offer? Others that should go on the list?
Also, Felix is giving Samuel odd looks. Partly it's "thisis how you use your ability?", partly it's "impressive control, though", partly it's "Hmph. Some restraint, please." I think it may be good there's no Samuel in Milliways.
