I suspect the answer, as they intend the question, is no. I have fasted, yes, many times, but either in the "fast and pray" sense or because of forgetting to eat, and never for more than a day sequentially. As for cleansing, I have a certain amount of experience cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming carpets, but I doubt that's what is meant.
